1) Who Can Apply?

Vyenkatesh Ashram (Apno Se Dur…Ek Apna Ghar…) welcomes:

• * Senior citizens (Male or Female) aged 60 years and above
• * Those who are homeless, abandoned or without family support
• * Individuals from rural or urban backgrounds in need of care and shelter
• * Families looking for long-term care for their elderly parents or relatives

2) Documents Required

To ensure proper care and record keeping, the following documents are needed during registration:

• * Aadhar Card (or any valid ID proof)
• * Passport Size Photographs (2 copies)
• * Medical Report or Doctor’s Certificate
• * Emergency Contact Details (of family/relatives, if available)
• * Affidavit or Letter (if the person is being admitted by a family member or guardian)

3) Registration Process

• * Visit the Ashram at Mahuli or contact our team via phone/WhatsApp.
• * Fill the Resident Admission Form (available in person or online).
• * Submit required documents for verification.
• * Meet with our medical and administrative team for initial assessment.
• * Once approved, a date of admission will be scheduled.
• * Resident is welcomed into the Ashram with proper orientation and care setup.

4) Membership / Care Fees

Depending on the individual's financial situation, there are three categories:

• * Free Care: For poor, abandoned or homeless seniors
• * Subsidized Care: For low-income families (minimal monthly charges)
• * Paid Care: For families seeking full-time elderly care with better facilities

Note: All fees collected go directly toward the maintenance and service of the Ashram and its residents.

5) How to Support or Sponsor

We also offer Membership for Donors & Supporters:

• * Monthly Sponsorship: ____ to support one elderly person
• * Annual Membership: ____ for individuals or families who want to regularly support the Ashram

Who can take admission in Vyenkatesh Ashram?
